Diet critique

Hey guys ive been hanging round for the forums for some time now off and on.

Anyway long story short ive let my self go this year and i cant go another day on my current downhill slide. Cleaning up diet as of today what do you think?

Stats are :

Male, 28, 86kg, between 20 & 25% bf

New diet:

6am: wake

(some cardio in here)

6.30: Cup of oats microwaved with 2 egg whites & protein shake (2 x 23 grm scoops) tablespoon of flaxseed oil, mens multi

10.00: Meal replacement shake (myoplex) 42 grams of protein 23g carbs

12:00: 200 grams of chicken half a cup of kumara

3.00: Small tin of tuna

workout

pwo shake

6.00: 200 grams of red meat or chicken & pile of broccoli

9.00: Cottage cheese

thinking of running this for 5 weeks then re-evaluating

any good?

Your breakfast looks like overkill to me. You would be better off sticking to 1xserving protein + 1/2 cup oats.

agree with Pete on the above

also a serve of green veg at lunch, and maybe a carb source (100gms kumara would be ideal) with your pre workout meal

Otherwise diet looks good! Good luck and keep at it
