Hi all,

Just wondering what everybody thinks of this stuff!

Am curious to hear opinions as it's cheap as for me at the moment!

Per 500ml Serve

1320Kj

20g Pro (From milk)

7.5g Fat - 5g Sat

39.5 Carb

- 37.5 Suga

(Which they say has a low GI index, don't give a number tho, and its all simple so not to sure how that works)

7g Dietary Fibre

Originally I thought it'd be good Post WO as many simple carbs... however the protein is all milk so wouldn't be fast absorbing, I chuck some WPI and mix it in anyway!

There is a chocolate bar in the UK called yorkie and it's labelled 'Not for girls' is this some sort of movement for gender specific foods?

I thought the Yorkie bar was the staple diet of UK truckers...by the shape of the ones I saw, most of them seemed to be turning into women...serious need for guy-bras, those fellas!

its just a glorified chocolate milkshake

at $2.99 per 600ml bottle then whey is a much cheaper alternative, unless you consider downing it for only 20g protien and taking with that 7x more fat and 18x more carbs-but thats your choice-even though there are much better choices for 315 calories and stuff all nutritional value.

I was considering getting more, but have since decided against it.

Will be a nice treat every so often PWO.
