Carb/water weight

Lots.

A rough guesstimate depends on a few things:

How big you were before you started the weight loss.

How long you have zero-carbed for.

What your bank account number is.

Whether you depleted your muscles of glycogen during the zero-carb phase.

PM the answers to all of the above...

I'd say 5-7kg first week is a given, 10kg by 2nd week also possible if you swing wildly back the other way and take in creatine, glutamine and sodium to really retain the water. You'll feel like a giant for about 3 weeks, all stretched and full again!

mike zero is just that zero $$ :P

That's right

Slowly reduced carb intake over a 3 week period and then 3 weeks without 'em (aside from trace carbs and about a 100-150g carb up every 5-6 days). Weight was 107.5kg (bf% early 20s) at the start, now sitting at 97 @ 5'11". I'd say my muscles would be pretty glycogen depleted... Given the intake and the work rate.
