Have read a few reviews and they seem positive. Scientific backing (seperate page not related to sales or company) is:

"A double-blind, placebo-controlled study on 11 intensely trained athletes found that 800 mg of PS taken daily reduced the cortisol rise by 20% as compared with placebo.35 Another small study on 9 nonathletic males found that daily doses of 400 and 800 mg of PS reduced cortisol levels after exercise by 16% and 30%, respectively.36 Another study found that phosphatidylserine could relieve some overtraining symptoms, including muscle soreness, possibly due to effects on cortisol.37-39"

Solgar will be the brand, it's available at Health 2000 stores. There maybe other stores stocking too, but I know they do.

FWIW, PS is the active ingredient in Cortbloc, which is advertised in the US magazines, so PS is apparently accepted as countering cortisol... since it's readily available here from Solgar, not sure what benefits other forms would have?

Yea bro, forgot to update. Been using it and had a friend use it as well. He loves the stuff and wants to order more next time I do a shipment. Personally, well, didint really notice much, if anything.
