Hey have just run out of my L-Glutamine.

Was using Kaizens' L-Glut 1kg for $116 but does anyone know where I can more for less.

No effervescent ones please! Just plain L-Glutamine

Cheers~!

Don't you sell L-glutamine on your website?

whats the website?

and why is Lglutamine so expensive while much cheaper on U.S. sites?

I order my bcaa and Lglutamine frm the U.S. and it works out cheaper than buying locally (in Australia)

I think a Kg+ of anything is alot in freight to pay from the U.S, can't save buying protein powder generally (are u allowed to buy in protein powder in Oz I heard u weren't?).

Maybe a few bottles of BCAAs thrown in with some Glutamine would help lower the overall freight cost per item but it's the same here in NZ and in any country that sells US-based products.

I'm sure the Yanks are saying the same about Kiwis and Oz-made products sold over there. Complaining how expensive Hug Boots and Akubra hats are and how they can buy them cheaper on the web :pfft:

....and why is petrol so much cheaper in the US than in NZ?

I'm sure if there were 305,671,629 people in NZ the price of everything would be cheaper, unfortunately there are only 4,286,854 people in NZ hence the price difference.

lol what website flex?

Android should be able to tell you.

Oh shoot I forgot to say:

I went with Xtend from SciVation in the end. It's a BCAA, Glutamine, Citrulline mix.

The only supplements I have this month are: Stoked, Volumaize and Xtend

Can't say much about Volumaize just yet since I was only on half dosage, will know more tonight/tomorrow about it.

Stoked is fantastic I can't say enough good things about it, but will take some caution and ask a mate whose also taking it to see what he thought. Sometimes supps have a habit of only working sometimes or only for some people to be honest.

I know from experience that Tribulus doesn't do a thing for me if I'm already eating well and not training that hard. It does nothing. But if I'm tired from training hard all week and run down a bit it's the best thing I need and the result is felt instantly.

Cheers for reminding me Dragon!

You've heard great things about Xtend? Must be internet things ay...

Strange it's just BCAA and Glutamine and 1mg of Citrulline so you don't 'feel' anything. Never heard anyone pop a BCAA capsule and go 'wow that was great'!

Just don't want u to t get your hopes up, they'll come a crashing down otherwise.

:pfft: I don't think you will ever hear someone respond like that to BCAA unless being paid by the company that manufactures it...yup have read the label...., nothing to amp up hopes at all, just referring to it it being referred to as one of the few great tasting BCAA powders, also doesn't seem to have to much label fluff and value for money.

Considering it has 1 Gram of Citrulline malate (not 1mg) some users probably are getting noticable results with it - eg improved endurance, reduced lactic acid buildup and less muscle fatigue. At least I would imagine that's the effect people would notice considering that's normally the intended purpose of combining high doses of Citrulline malate and BCAA's.

Ah yes Citrulline, in about the only study they did with people they used 6gms of it though...?
