Hi all,

I recently competed in north harbour fitness and what to keep my bodyfat reasonably low around 14-16%. Im 160cm tall and weight avarage of 52kg, can anyone recomend how i find out how many cals i should be having a day?

I think its around 1800cal / day with 40% carb 40% prot and 20% fats. what do you think of this for maintenance?

I will be still doing 30 - 45 min cardio 4 - 6 times a week + legs and abs training (injured rotator cuff so have to rest that + physio :x so frustrating) but ill keep legs at high intensity / high reps.

Basically want to stay conditioned as much as possible!!!!!

Your opinion would be appreciated!
