Just wanted to know where I could get a chin up bar that supports itself on your doorway. Ive seen it on amazon but not sure where to go to get one here.Does anyone know?

Plus I want to know what you guys think of the p90x programme. Is it worth putting yourself through for 3months. The results shown on tv look amazing.

Btw i'm new to this and its great theres a place where I can ask such questions.

First of all, I'd be extremely sceptical of any training programme you see advertised on TV. I haven't seen the P90x but I'm guessing it's another infomercial? Is this their website?

I notice they also list the chinup bar you were talking about. Have you tried TradeMe?

I used to think tv infomercials were crap when I was a kid, full of lies etc.

Now that I know more about it, they are crap but it's 10x worse than I thought
