Timing/use of thermos?

Hello all, newbie question. I have taken the advice of the good people on this forum, and i have changed my diet to be super clean, though boring as f*ck. Ive also just swapped my balance 100% whey for horleys awesome mass, to try and prompt some gains in muscle. i will post my diet up, but my question is this - is it viable to be eating this diet to gain some muscle and still take a thermo to drop some fat, which i do have? currently 25yrs, 5ft10", 72kgs with alleged bf15%ish? or would a thermo just burn calories and do nothing else? my new diet, ben nearly a week, and definitely feel less bloated now, and energy levels are up a little i think.

Breakfast- 1/2cup skim milk, 3/4 cup oats, banana, 1/2 serve horleys

awesome mass.

morningtea- 3/4cup brownrice, 200g stirfry veg,1 85g can tuna

lunch- same as morning tea

finish work, have effervescent creatine, go to gym

post workout -100ml skim milk, 200ml water, 1 serve horleys awesome

mass, banana

dinner- 200g chicken/beef, decent serve stirfry veges.

so far this diet feels good, if i find im still not getting gains i will up the tuna to large cans, and maybe another shake. training 4-5 times a week. So is a thermo viable or should i just leave it and do a fat loss cycle a bit later??

Thermo's are really for when you're cutting fat and need that little extra kick to help you along the way. You might as well give your money to me if you're going to use them while trying to put muscle on. At least it wouldn't be a waste! :grin:

At your height and weight, your immediate goal should be to increase your mass so Id ditch the thermos for now. Dont give them away (sorry angus :pfft: ) just put them aside for your cut cycle. You could try your mass gain cycle for 8-10 weeks then go on a cut cycle for 4 weeks to ditch the unwanted body fat. Use the Thermos then.
