im new to this site and the sport of bodybuilding so thought i sould join up and pick the brains of sum of you more seasoned veterains for hints and tips. just finished my frist comp a couple of weeks ago(coro classic) and really enjoyed it

think i caught the bug and an amping to do my next ......... just wondering were/when the next comps are next year??

I don't think either organisation has released a calendar for next year yet. We get this question every year, and the answer's always the same - you'll just have to wait.
