How much too eat

Gidday all.

I've been following Sean Nalewanyj's bodybuilding guide for the past 4months. Started out at 86kg which would have been approx 20% BF and now am at approx 16% and 82kg.(done with callipers)

My strenght has increased phenomonally, but visably the muscles arn't growing at the same pace, i'm taking all sets to muscular failure and are making ex progress with 1.25kg being added to most excercises per week.

I'm a little scared of eating too much as i want to lose my stomach fat, but comming to terms with having to.

My question is "If your training 3 intense workouts per week with a little walking but no other cardio, how much food is it poss to throw down your throat to get some good gains".

I'm using a fair ammount of whey and also use creatine/superpump and glutamine.

Any help appreciated

In my very novice knowledge I think you will find it hard growing your muscles while also trying to lose fat to see your arms. It is very hard to do a clean bulk and not many people manage to get it right. I'm sure someone will come along and tell you want you want to hear soon :)
