Whats up NZBB!

Just heard about this forum and thought I'd drop in. I'm in my early 20's and have been training for over 5 years now

Looking forwards to sharing the wealth with my fellow NZ brothers and sisters. I'm a member at many international boards and some of you may recognise me as badboyslayer on the bodybuilding.com board and NIGHTHEAT (mod) at steroidsuperboard.com

My current stats are:

Weight: 216lb

Bodyfat: ~13%

Measurements:(inches)

Chest - 48.5

Arms - 18-18.25

Forearms - 14.5

Legs - 28.5

Calves - 18

Waist - 34

Basic Lifts

Deadlift: 352lb x 6

Squat: 308lb x 6

Bench: 202lb x 6

hey dude welcome along. where abouts do you train?? look forward to hearing from you in the group. I see you finally seen the light and come to a NZ forum. :)

I'm training at home right now, have a pretty busy schedule so I've set myself up with everything I need in the garage out of convenience. Previously I've been a member at many gyms around this country and Australia

Ive always thought it would be handy to have home gym equipment, do you find the workouts are as good as your ones at the gym?

What equipment do you have?

I'm on a stength oriented DFHT plan, my power rack, bench, barbells and dumbells with a few hundred KG's of plates are everything I need.

Free weights > Machines

No amount of gym equipment can compare to the effectiveness of compound movements like deadlifts, squats, clean and press and bench ;)
