Salmon

The tinned stuff.

I notice theres ‘pink salmon' and ‘keta salmon'

The pink is around 7.2 grams of fat per 100g, but the keta is only 2.7grams per 100g

Given that fish fats are good for you, do you buy the pink for more omegas, or do you go with the keta to keep fat calories down ?

Or do you stick with Tuna :?

I find Tuna a bit dry sometimes myself

mate go for the standard salmon, Pams i have found is the cheapest and one of the best. one can about every 2 days gives you heaps of the omega fats. these help with metabolism as well as keeping everything well "oiled" when I was last cutting down i read a really good article, the name alludes me at the moment, but it explained the fat burning potential of omegas.

go the fatty fish with chile sauce (yummy) :D

in my opinion ABC tinned salmon is the best price to protein wise. i was looking at the nutritional information from a few different brands and the grams of protein per 100g serving fluctuates by up to 5grams.

Makes you wonder what on earth is in the can :\
