How Big, How Strong and How Fast

I watched the documentry/movie "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" the other night and I have to say I really enjoyed it, it was a pretty open look at the use of performance enhancing drugs in all areas of sport.

As a natural competitor of course I would rather have a level playing field, but the reality is that steriods are a common place in sport and you have to settle for being the best you can be.

Anyway I digress, that wasn't what I wanted to talk about.

For my weight and size I consider myself to be pretty strong, on the whole power to weight ratio. A couple of my favourite stats at 85kg - about 6 months back

Bench 140kgx6 (170kgx1)

Dips BW+40kgx10

Chins BW+30kgx10

In your opinion what do you reckon would be the fastest 100m, strongest bench - without assistance :naughty:

Are you saying Usain Bolts 9.69 was not clean?

Your guess is as good as mine, but I look at the sprinters these days and some have pretty awesome bodies. Not just strong powerful legs but the matching upper body, and as much as I know they will do a fair amount of anarobic training you have to wonder.

Im assuming youve lost a few pounds while cutting. How much strength did you lose?

Hell yes, first day back on sunday and I could still dip the same but pretty much maxed out with 50kg dumbells. I think its not so much the dieting although that is a factor, less carbs and all. I changed my training focus a few months out to do 2 body parts a session and give more focus on isolation, plus more reps faster pace and less rest takes its toll.

But it wont take long to get back up there, or even better.
