Advice please

Ok here's my problem, I have just moved into a small 2 bedroom unit and have no room at all for my benchpress  Im still able to use dumbells and bars just not the bench so I am having trouble working certain bodyparts such as chest. Ive been doing press ups but if anyone knows anything else I can do that would be great. It will only be short term as we are moving out at the end of jan. Ive checked out the local gyms that were recommended but cant afford that right now.

Any advice? Cheers.

you have plenty of options with a swiss ball and a couple of chairs or even a angled benchtop, just mix it up a little (feet up, feet down, on swiss ball, between chairs or with the misses on ya back :pfft: )

if it gets boring come back for some more ideas.

OK so sounds like you have two of you there.Get the other person to place a plate on your upper back during press-ups. It works great and gives great alignment and lower back strength when you eventually get back on Bench and squats.

Sorry to name drop but many years ago I trained for a few weeks with a WWF wrestler called Jim Powers ("Young Stallions"and tag partner of the Milllion Dollar Man) He introduced me to this exercise on in-between days and it was magic.

"Decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it. Establish your priorities and go to work."

Mr Natural is right if you are that bloody keen and are willing to wreck the flat and lose friends over it then cut out a few luxuries and find that $20 a week or whatever you pay in your town.
