hey everyone Im a wellington based bb who has used this site for info purposes for a number of months - so thanks to you all :D

I recently competing in the under 70s at Nats coming 3rd in a tight class,

I won my class at the North Island Champs in the Wairarapa so have 2 medals that I will forever cherish :nod:

My goals are to get my weight to 78-80kgs at no higher then 13-14% bodyfat within (say) next 6-9 months...and improve my weak bodyparts (Chest and Lats) In fact improving the weak parts is more important

Any suggestions on how to do this are much appreciated

I think I will compete in '09....but may need an additional year to make the requisite improvements so 2010

NABBA athletic also could be a option, as I could take advantage of my novice status there, before stepping up to open grade for FBB (daunting)

Welcome to the forums, man. What does your current routine look like?

Hi pseudo,

heres a basic overview below

Mon - chest, biceps

tue -off

wed - Legs

thurs - Shoulders, Triceps

fri - off

sat - Back, abs

sun - off

6-12 reps for upper

8-20 reps lower

cardio is 2-3 x a week, either 20mins after training or 30-40mins on a off day!!
