Back to the topic...

Gym memberships def on the increase, as are my bookings.

I get just a tad frustrated at clients who are out of shape and want to look sooo hot on the beach. When will people learn to start earlier - like in winter! No wonder the new members drop off - they dont get the results quick enough then go back to eating Jenny meals and watching informercials on 3 minute abs! :shrug:
