woking out time

sometimes after one day rest i feel that parts of my body are still slightly sore.

that sour pain you get when you stretch? i LOVE IT! haha feels great

but you know how your muscle grows when you rest, and if its still sore it must not have finished healing.

so my question is: should i wait completely until my muscles are'nt sore any more to continue work out or should i just ignore it?

back to the topic, i get that pain too...on my way to gym id listen to slayer,disturbed, or tool and then i end up not thinking about it during w/k time

I think that assumption is pretty much right. if the muscle is still sore i guess it hasn't finished repairing. Which is why you should have a suitable rest period between work outs per body part. It depends on the individual but i have a 7 day rest between body parts. that is chest is every monday. if you want to shorten that their are ways to. vitamin C is good straight after a workout to limit the soreness, and streching helps aswell. Of course so does gear. :)
