hey, im marcus - just joined up.

am getting back into the gym after an absence of a couple years - been pretty busy setting up a business, but am now finding the time to get back into training mode.

got a shop in town (akld) selling burgers - eatin the product and no gyming has taken its toll...

when im not flippin cheese burgers im usually out spearfishing or hangin out with my gf.

to be honest i came across the site whilst hunting around for info on AS, thought i might spend a few months getting my base conditioning back and then look to a little assistance

whats ur stats atm?

thanks for the welcome folks - been out of town for a few days.

im 5'10" @ 83kg which is about 3-4kg down on my 'fighting weight' when i was last at the gym a couple years ago. over the last couple years id say that ive come up from a measured 10/11% bodyfat to a guess of 13-14%. not the end of the world and shouldnt to too hard to pull it back to where i was.

if your interested in diving/spearfishing/kayaking - my first love (after my gf of course), you can check up on my weekend here...
