I was talking to Moe just yesterday! He said there is an Elite show :nod: There is defenitly a pro card up for grabs!! he said he will have a little green card in his pocket ready to write the winners name on it. he said the Elite show would be more like "the south pacific champs", so im gessing that means no freaks from Poland will turn up and steel our prise money this time ha ha ha and the pro show will be the next day.

Jumped on the scales this morning after cardio, no breakfast and to my delight :pfft: i was 106kg. Hope to get on stage at around 102kg.

Looking forward to lining up against Mark.
