BCAA

Hey guys and gals,

This is my first new topic so I'll keep it short.

I'm a newbie, been inconsistantly training for about a year and a half, its only been in the last 4-5 months that I've made an extra effort to get stronger which is my main goal for gymin it.

I only started creatine (first time ever) about 2 mnths ago, first it was balance mono then balance effervescent and now back to balance mono.

My protein powders have just been the cheap stuff from pakn save, the aussie bodies stuff but today I decided to head down to big kiwi's and get the Horley's Crossfire.

So getting back to the subject, do I need to get BCAA or will the BCAA in the Horley's suffice?

Also, if BCAA's needed, which one would you recommend?

Their not necessary but help retain muscle while loosing weight, slightly boost recovery aswell. If you have the extra cash then its one of the better supps to get but dont sacrifice food or protein money to get them. The advantage lies in that they are pre digested so they get absorbed faster than the bcaas in foods and whey.
