can of tuna, throw it on a bagel or whole grain bread, and eat. if you are feeling adventurous sweet chilli sauce from the super market to make it a bit more palatable. Otherwise hold nose and eat.

Also, Pacific Crown Mild Thai Curry, doesnt burn like the sealord does, and had some potato in it, really nice in microwave for 40secs (sans can obviously...lols) and over a bit of rice.. nom nom.. hungry now and I just had a protein shake.. hehe

c'mon not that bad. It's cheap and easy, though fresh is best!!! not on the purse strings though.

Greenseas does a pouch tuna which is great for travel, your limited by one can when flying (95g). Not enough to get you by adn buggered if I'm paying exeberant prices at the airport to get some tuna in me.

I eat plain tuna with balsamic vinegar on it, just enough to make it not dry anymore it's really good! honest!

Since I'm partial to the chillis and spicy stuff, I love a good drop of lousian hot sauce or tabasco on my plain tuna to mix it up!
