c'mon not that bad. It's cheap and easy, though fresh is best!!! not on the purse strings though.

leading up to comp - Sealord lite tuna in springwater, think it has the lowest sodium out of all of them, or is it the weight watchers one.

Off season

Greenseas does a pouch tuna which is great for travel, your limited by one can when flying (95g). Not enough to get you by adn buggered if I'm paying exeberant prices at the airport to get some tuna in me.
