God, you boys are so precious! :roll: Just get the shit down ya! If you tryin to loose some weight go spring water, if you tryin to add mass go oil. Flavoured varieties are all good! Tuna Lite seems to be more palatable to me.

:ditto: Flamer's spot-on...it's about what you're trying to do, cut b/fat or build mass... put another way, the oil is carbs/fats that have to be accounted-for in your overall diet.

As for the taste, just hold your nose and swallow!

If you want some of the nicier stuff go for the Sealords sensations ranges, they have some really tasty ones with still pretty good stats.

E.G

20g Pro, 5g Carb, 1g Fat

Otherwise buy Pams in water/brine, cheap and nasty, but drain and cook it on the pan and add some paper/lemon and onion/mushroom if you please and its the bomb!

when i first started eating it i would only get 2 breaks at work and i thought i need to be eating alot of protien so i would eat 3 tins of the 180g tuna in spring water in 15mins with a bottle of 1.5L water... ewwww im on the chicken now dont even have tuna :pfft:

Wow that's pretty hard core auck_builder! I won't be complaining about shovelling down the 1000000 protein shake again! :notworthy:

i get the lemon pepper one as thats the only one i can stomach,once i take off the lid i push it back into the tuna and drain the oil out like a wringing out a sponge, by the time you mix it with some brown rice the little bit of oil left over helps make it eatable.

Man thats only1 i cant stomach even with gallons of water :puke:.Tom & basil & the chilli1 and even the smoked1 are all good.Beware of Pams chilli one tho :flames:
