Wouldn't really bother with hgh unless you have used gear for many years.

It's really exspensive and you really want to run it for 6 months to get any real gains. Also its best used with steroids.

A guy from another forum I use has written up on his experience so I'll copy and paste it for you.

After many months of trying diffrent things with gh here are the conclusions I have come to:

Fatloss: In terms of fat loss I have found gh does give some localised fat loss, but I have found this is more when using gh everyday in split doses (1 shot am and 1 pm).

If fat loss is your main use for gh then I personally wouldn't bother, as there are many cheaper and more effective ways to achieve fatloss. Also I did not notice anymore or less fatloss going from 5iu to 10iu everyday.

Muscle growth: Now this is something I've found alot of people getting confused about. Now just because this is called 'growth hormone' does not necessarily mean you will get muscles like the pro's in a matter of months.

I've found to get muscle growth from gh you need to be using 8+ius every day for 4months minimum to see any muscle growth as it takes many months for the new muscle cells to grow and mature.

Also I've heard alot of people asking 'which are better, everyday shots or every other day shots?' and I have found the best results when bulking came from 2 / 3 gh shots a week eg Mon 25iu and Thurs 25iu as opposed to 10iu everyday (with weekends off) and for cutting everyday shots worked out more beneficial.

Main sides: The main side effect people get as a results from gh use is CTS (carpel tunnel syndrome) which put simply is pressure on your nerves and gives a 'pins and needles' sensation (mainly in hands and wrists) when on larger doses can be quite painfull at times.

The main times I have felt this is at night time and when waking in the middle of the night I have found the most painful. This can sometimes be unavoidable, but I've found that doing your gh shots in the morning upon wake reduce the chances of CTS that night.

Hyperglycemia is another mainside effect I've suffered with during gh use due to lowered insulin levels, so its best to keep some dextrose / maltodextrin on hand incase you start to feel shakey. Failing this any kind of sugar would be better than nothing.

Conclusion: HGH is being used alot more by beginners because they think its the 'holy grail' of muscle growth, which it is not.

GH is a hormone I feel should be used by someone who has been training for many years, has an excellent knowledge of diet and has a good few aas cycles under their belt. If you do not fall under that catagory then my advice to you would be not to bother with gh. It is very expensive to run the kind of doses that are required to get the kind of results people seem to think gh is capable of giving, so be prepared to fish out alot of money and have alot of patience with this med.

Remember these are my personal conclusions and maybe diffrent to other things you may have read.

GH is a hormone I feel should be used by someone who has been training for many years, has an excellent knowledge of diet and has a good few aas cycles under their belt. If you do not fall under that catagory then my advice to you would be not to bother with gh. It is very expensive to run the kind of doses that are required to get the kind of results people seem to think gh is capable of giving, so be prepared to fish out alot of money and have alot of patience with this med.

As a muscle builder its way,way overrated and if you want to use it therapeutically its beter to wait till your 40 years or older. Better to spent your money on good food, good supplements and if you have to on some juice if you want to get bigger.

what about using it for performance enhancement in sports?im thinking about giving a clinic a visit for some.

any one know if theres a criteria you must fit into in order to get it?

or can you just be honest?they do make it sound very cosmetic on there site and mention benefits for athletes?.
