hey folks

thought I might have a look around here for a while

I've been floating around on o/s boards for a bit now, and just noticed we have one or two in NZ lol :pfft:

Been training about 15 years or so. Happy with my progress so far. Not looking to get any bigger these days, it's too much effort eating all the time, and I'm happy just to keep the strength gains happening.
