do u think it worth making a new rule?

that no compition photos allowed(all tanned up etc) as it gives an unfair advantage to those that arnt competing (as far as lighting etc goes)???

dont get me wrong i think the ones that won made great improvments but the photos were to there advantage as they are the perfect settings for shadowing (showing cutts etc)

???? just an idea :shifty:

Shadowing??? Mate those lights on stage are as bright as f*ck! Could blind a man...esp. when your dehydrated and trying to pose!

I reckon if you've busted your arse to get on stage, you should take advantage of the photos that come from it.

No offence to those that would only pose from home and not compete, but getting up on stage you've invested a lot more - extra dieting, prep work, money on tanning etc so you should be able to take advantage of that.

First you call me deformed, then you say I'm small...

But yeah, you're probably right again. The last couple of years have been pretty shit in terms of bodybuilding progress. Mainly because I stopped shovelling enough food in. Still, I've just started a new job, and the best thing about it is the regular schedule that I can base a diet around. :)
