Hello! Nice to be here! I'm Vee, 31 year old female and new to all this! I started lifting weights 6.5 weeks ago and are hooked. I do alot of running marathons and such and am finding the lifting is the key to my body reshaping!!!

It's all very exciting! I am 57kg 165cm tall and 23% body fat at the moment......um not sure what else I should be sharing???

Hello! Thanks for the welcome! I'm all a bit new to all this, I'm trying to gain muscle and lose fat or is that all a bit obvious? I would like to become very lean and muscular. I'm eating 5 times a day combining carbs,protein and veges with 2 of the meals being protein shakes or bars. Doing cardio 3 times a week and alternating arms and legs 3 days a week doing reps of 12/10/8/6/12 then super set of 12. ANY advice would be much appreciated! I am currently going on books and magazine advice that I've mashed together! :grin:
