I'm loving Smoked Paprika right now!

This recipe is devoid of all complex carbs, but feel free to add rice!

200g of precooked prawns, 200g of beans (those smaller ones, or baby beans are the best) and some fresh crushed garlic (not the jar stuff)

It's so easy - heat oil in pan (olive or coconut oil), add the garlic until sizzling then add beans and prawns and season with smoked paprika seasoning and salt. If you want an extra attack of fat drizzle with chilli flaxseed oil after cooking (Tru-2-U, Chilli Flaxseed oil). Or... I guess you could just dry fry the lot then add flaxseed after if you're sensible. :wink:
