Hey guys,

Names Dan, little about me, im a 21 year old student living in Dunedin studying Geography,

Workout at Unipol (Free!) and I am about 6 months in, started out at 90kg and was tired of being skinny.

Avatar was taken at 98kg's

Current Stats

Height : 6'5 195cm

Weight : 102kg

BF : ~8%

Working Weights

Squat : 150kg 4x6

Bench : 85kg 4x6

Deadlift : 160kg 4x6

Goals

Weight : 110kg

BF : ~8% still

Squat : 200kg 4x6

Bench : 105kg 4x6

Deadlift : 220kg 4x6

Trying to gain some mass for premier rugby next year, have definetly surprised myself with how much I enjoy gym work and the dieting and scheduling that goes with it, If I wasn't so tall would consider getting in BB'ing a bit more but anyway,

Being a student has def hampered my progress slightly, I have an insane metabolism and even eating 'Dirty" can struggle to hit the 5000cal I aim for, also cheap sources of protein isnt that easy, I currently live on tubs of peanut butter, tonnes of tuna (like really tonnes! haha), 2L of milk a day and what ever else I can find that is resonably clean high cal and protein, (eat as much red/chicken as can afford)

Supps atm just Whey and of course creatine

As you can see from the time of this post need to sort sleeping pattern out haha.

Sometimes I wish i had the ability to pile on weight quickly fat/muscle like alot of people I workout with,

But at the end of the day is it easier to slow bulk clean or to fast dirty bulk then cut? I have only experienced one,

Can get frustrating with how slow muscle gains are, my weight is platueing now and im eating really really hard to try bust through it :(
