yup, got some of that, 20-30$ for 3oograms, good quality stuff

Yep tried it! It's got extra stuff you don't need blended into it, so you sort of end up with a bigger amount - but less of the good stuff for your money ... :?

yeah, second creatine I tried was that effervescent stuff.

No loading

30 mins before workout and a lil bit more just before if your over 85 kg or something like that.

I hadn't really used creatine before so I managed to get past some plateus, although I don't have a spot at the gym so maybe my plateus could been overcome with one, oh well, will never know.

Anyways..... I'm on creatine and I like it!!!!

Just finished my EAS Creatine Plus on Sunday.

My workouts have suffered all week untill.....

Today when I got my TRIBISTOL Pro-Testosterone Complex.

I had a Megapro protein drink and two tabs 30min before my workout.

I powered all the way through my workout, dam fantastic.

Still can't wait to get some more Creatine though :twisted:
