No I dont use Steroids or any other illegal performance enhancers and never have.

I stick to Whole foods, Protein Powders,Creatine , glutamine and BCAA's.

I compete in the Athletic Division @ around74kg's.

In fact I'll call up the Sports Drug Agency on Monday and book a test immediately and will post results, not that it means anything to NZBB members but I'll do it regardless as I was asked to tonight by one of the members.

Dale. I doubt it would really mean anything to anyone other than yourself. I always believed that you are currently clean. I don't think you have always been but there is no way to prove or disprove that and most importantly I doubt anyone really cares.

Bob - was you who said I was stupid relocating the Miada Gym to a lower socio economic area? maybe not but someone did. They said it was a bad business move. Then we wrote over $500K of business in next 14 weeks. Overheads 1/5th of in town. My businesses are in better shape than ever, more new customers every single day.

Now I hear comments that attempting to get supplement sellers to stand up and be properly tested for performance enhancers and to stop lying to the public - nonsteroid users - that they are only using the supplements they sell is somehow bad for business. Miada sells more products to non-steroid users. Non-steroid users outweigh users by conservatively 10 to 1. Yes the big companies who use steroid bodybuilders will always sell more supplements to steroid users also who aspire to unrealistic proportions.

I never really intended to be the bible basher Jehovah witness standing at the street corner telling everyone they would go to hell if they didn't convert now but you all somehow seem to think so so whatever. I wanted sellers of supplements to clean up their act but it is so entrenched that you all seem to believe its "just marketing" he who has the most money can buy the biggest drug user, make the biggest claims, sell the most supplements using whatever means and thats all OK. Its what everyone does so just do it better if you can.

I don't believe that. I don't believe it should go unchecked forever.

I think its great that you are willing to test for your being drug free and from your answer do believe you would have no problems in passing the test.

Why, however should anyone else in any position be obliged to sit these tests just to satisfy your ego; after all your not customs, the law or the testing authorities. From what I gather you are a Gym owner and supplement manufacturer, why not market the benefits of your supplements by comparing them to other supplements rather than trying to personally discredit other supplement manufacturers?

Personally Ive heard mainly positive comments amongst people regarding your supplements price, taste and qualitity, so why degenerate marketing into personal attacks and innuendo?

As for my competition weight, I really dont care if I measure up to your ideals of the perfect physique or not and I dont go lose any sleep what so ever over what you think of me Dale, sorry to burst your bubble.

It looks more and more like this is a personal attack only directed at BK for the sake of publicity of his own brand. A good marketing idea yes, but exploitation of another suppliment seller who has said he is not interested is another thing. Why upon BK's decline on the offer did Dale have to have a go at BK on his blog. Could it not be left at "BK declined to participate?" Not good business Dale.

My opinion is that Dale probably used to get some good size after reaching some pateu's and has now gone natural using his suppliments (with unlimited access to everything on his shelves and no budget like others who struggle and work hard)

My offer (everyone seems to have an offer these days) to Dale is I will never use again should I have access to all his range on a 'sponsorship' and can be tested at any time any place and see if i gain or keep size while remaining on the same regime I do now. Pictures can be taken at anytime, anyplace and I will compete.

Mr Stoneham, I already answered the question in reply to MATRIX about using illegal peformance enhancing drugs, go back a few postings and read it's written in english. The question was asked was answered. Then it was asked somewhere well why dont you go get tested right now and prove you are clean, so I said I would. In addition, as of next week I will be joining the NZ Powerlifting Federation as everyone knows has both in and out of competition testing. In addition to to that as part of the supplement boss challenge I will be eligible to be randomly tested at any time 12 months pre-contest, on the day and 12 months following and seeing it has run since 2002 - now lets count oh yes thats 6 years.

Now 6 years ago when the supplement boss challenge was started I was benching 220kg raw, squatting 320kg raw and deadlifting 310kg raw. It is now 6 years later and I haven't trained for last 20months due to injury right up to 14 June 2008. Now with around 14 weeks training back under belt I have a 270kg deadlift, 260kgx2 squat (knee wraps only) and 190kg bench raw. For those of you who don't know what raw is, it means no powerlifting suit, weight belt etc. Barbell bicep curl is back at 110kg x 2 reps. Age is 37. Work hours are 5.20am to 9pm, as you seem to think you work so much harder by your comments.

But lets get this one clear - you said that with the use of Miada supplements you can go clean and then still maintain your size and strength too as they must be that good? That is a fantastic endorsement for anyone wanting to get off using drugs surely. So what are you currently lifting and when can I come see you doing it and I may consider it?

Mr Sheppard. What I am saying is that if you believe in your products and supplements that much test it. Have someone do this. I have never purchased your supplements nor do I intend to on the basis I get my products currently at wholesale rate and have done so for the last 4 years.

I do not indorse your supplements since I have never tried my opinion was to have someone do this and see if with the help of them this can be accomplished. If you really believe in your supplements that much do this. Success would be testimony to your brands.

Regardless this thread is getting off topic of BK rejecting an offer from Dale to be drug tested for the purpose of selling his supplements. I think if BK wants to do this for his own brand it is at his own discretion. He has chosen not to and that is his own right.
