TEST E advice please

Hi all just some advice for a 1st timer please.

I have some Test E and D bol im about to start. Only catch is that im off to Sydney in 4 months to the day for a 4 week holiday during this time I will be doing an advanced boxing conditioning camp which will involve 2 high intensity training sessions per day including a 10 km run. So from now until then ill be training to get my fitness up to that level.

I would say im a moderate gainer. I only want to put on around 5-7 kilos but my main concerns are it being obvious im on gear (as this would get me thrown out of my club and gym) so any advice on keeping zits ect. to a minimum would be awesome.

also some advice on dosage, periodisation, and if i can get post cycle therapy drugs over the counter?.

Alright mate,

If your doing high intense cardio then I would leave the dbol alone, it's a massive water gainer and if your diet isn't spot on you will gain lots of water and get massive pumps in your calves and lower back, which will kill you during cardio.

Same can be said with test E. I do a lot of running and when i'm on a cycle i'm way off my normal pace plus my calves kill due to the pump.

If your off in 4 months (16 weeks) and you start a 10 weeks cycle now you might be ok with your cardio just as long you stick to a low sodium diet.

But mate adding 5-7 kilos in such a short amount of time is going to effect your performance due to the massive increase of weight (massive tell tail sign of gear use).

If I was you mate, i'd run the test alone with a spot on diet/plenty of water and cardio most days (I find this help with pumps during cardio) and see how you get on. If after 5/6 weeks your feeling slugish then come off.

Or idealy I get some test prop and winnie or var, people tend to carry less water of prop and winnie is a great hardener with strenght gains.

As for zits, do some sunbathing or use sunbeds they help a great deal, vitamin e can help also.

Your source should be able to get pct for you mate.

Well I dont think Froko could of said it any better, as for pct, you need nolva or clomid, any natural testosterone booster helps ie tribulus ect.

I wouldnt worry bout it being obvious, Personally I think the pimple thing is crap roid rage is crap too testicle shrinkage?? haha who cares?? I think the most important thing to do if you dont wanna get in trouble is not tell a soul. I know how exciting it is to start a cycle but people talk so dont tell nobody. If you must discuss it with anyone, discuss it with your source, at least he knows wat your talking about haha well in most cases. My Mrs doesnt know My best mates dont know and I tell my source that they are for my mate. People at the gym ect. might assume but just let them. If people hit you up about it and ask "are you takin steroids" Just do wat I do "na but can you get some? Ill be keen" or "wow can you get steroids in NZ?"

Advice about dosage, um what frogo said about d-bols is right, I wondered what was up with my lower back but thought it was just natural (it actually wasnt too bad) on a 7km run Dont really know to much about test, Just sust and deka.

If youre gonna hit the d-bols I would do a 8 week beginner cycle 3x 5mg in the morning 3x 5mg afternoon so 30mg per day, weekends off. Make sure your are on liver detox milk thistle ect.. for more cycle info google 'd-bol beginner cycle'

As dbol only has a half life of a few hours I would space dosages up not just do 3 x in am 3 x in pm.

the pimple thing is not bullshit

I am living proof, 150mg d-bol stacked with 300mg deca every week for 8 weeks and not a pimple in sight, i had more when i was a skinny little weed

Maybe my diet and supps help, linseed/ flaxseed oil is suppost to help and i take that but I guess its different for everybody

I think alot of them are wives tales like mountain dew and menthol ciggarettes make you sterile. Meh!

Like Frocko said if you want to keep running then dont take either the test E or Dbol, these are real mass gainers and the pumps will probably not allow you to run further than 4-5 km without real pain.

Most people seem to get some acne, most often its worse during PCT but any dose of test around 500mgs or less should not cause too much but it really is an individual thing and you wont find out till you start.
