I am new to this and am going to buy some stuff from bodybuilding.com, just because its cheaper than buying it locally...

yea its top stuff, but you might not actually get it cheaper when you incorporate freight into it as thats the killer on heavy things.

It's a great protein powder - all I ever use.

nzmuscle.co.nz has it for $185 per 10lb.

If you buy it from BB.com at the current exchange rate and including freight it'll cost you $203.16 ..... and you'll have to wait for weeks.

I always get my Optimum 100% Whey Protein from nzmuscle.co.nz & have never had any problems (they should pay me for this sh!t).

If you buy single items from bb.com it'll be expensive so you're better to get it locally. bb.com is good when you buy a number of items, so you spread the freight cost among a number of items.

For sure mate, I will look into the various products I need, then add up the price on nzmuscle etc and on bb.com and see which is cheaper.

Most NZ sites have free shipping if you spend over a certain amount which is good, and brings the cost down significantly.

Is this site in NZ and in NZ$? It looks to me like it's an Australian site that only has a URL in NZ. They ship there goods with Australian post.

Site says offers New Zealand discount supplements, so yeah id say its nz dollars. Theres an almost identical afan.com.au i think aswell.
