No one has posted anything on here in a while, so I thought i'd get it started again :-)

I found this site while surfing when I was supposed to be working haha

A mate of mine is hard core into his body building, GO SIMON JAMIESON!! if you're out there!

Thought since its coming up on summer/christmas etc I thought i'd jump on the same band wagon most people do at this time of year and see what I can do with my body in 12 or so weeks.

This next part should really be opn the supplement feedback blog, but ahwell....

I am gona order some stuff from bodybuilding.com just because its cheaper than buying it here...

Any thoughts on Optimum 100% Whey Protein powder...seems to be pretty popular on bodybuilding.com .... but then so does all the muscletech stuff, and we all know what you think of their products haha

Also could someone reccomend a good creatine...

So i'm thinking whey and creatine, trips to the gym a week, and a good diet, how does that sound? you're the experts :-)

I'm not a big guy, but i'm not small either, i'm sort of that in between type, I get good results from going to the gym, so hoping to improve on that with some supplements and good advice :-)

My message should have said 3-4 trips to the gym...I know its not very full on, but i'm just getting started. I might even start going in the mornings before work.

Ok so its creatine and whey that are the winners for supplements..anything else I should think about?

I'm on bodybuilding.com and every product I look at I think I need haha

I actually saw an informercial that made sense....sort of, I dont intend on buying the "system" but the guy made valid points. It was about "muscle confusion" something about adopting techniques from weights to boxing to yoda etc. Which is what i'm kind of doing, like doing a bit of boxing training and pilates etc to mix it up a bit, while still doing weights. Hopefully I can "confuse" my muscles into getting bigger :D

The reason i'm doing it like that is so I stay interested yknow, I find it hard to always go to the gym, so i'm hoping doing different excercises while keeping my weights up will help...i'll let y'all know how it goes...
