how long will dex hold the oylmpia for?

how long doe's everyone think dex will hold the title for? personaly i don't think he will keep it next time around with out some more quality increases.

it should be pretty interesting with victor and phil and maybe dennis wolf via for the top spot.

my moneys on phil heath if he can keep improving as much as he has in the next year.

i don't expect dexter to make much change over the next year and his improvements where fairly minor this time around anyway.

I will say that Dex will hold the Olympia for year with Victor coming back next year.My money would also be on Phil Heath to win the Olympia next year as well.

At 41 years old he cant have to many years leaft at the top. My money is on Victor!!!!

He's actually only 38, but still, I think it'll be Victor, Heath and Wolf who dominate the top spots over the next few years.

I still won't write Dex off yet though, it's certainly possible for him to win it again.

In one of the pre-olympia interviews I saw with Dex, he said he felt that taking into consideration some of the younger bodybuilders making their way into the spotlight, he felt that this year was the only year it would be possible for him to take a Sandow..

I hear Dex isn't doing the Arnold next year, just focusing on the Olympia. Sounds pretty serious about keeping it. Should be a great Olympia next year.

Yeah, it will be hard for Dex to hold on to it for sure. With all the up and comers coming into it now and hes not getting any younger, but he done well this year and said he put on more size with all the shows he had in between is awesome. So if he is going to take the whole year off and work towards keeping his sandow then it will be great to see what he can really do as we know he always comes in conditioned. But yeah it will be a big battle next year for sure with the big guns back and im sure the arnold classic will give us a taste of whats to come!!
