Well hello there...

Anyone else work out at Health & Sports in Kingsland?

How do you find the facilities? I've been a member for a few months and I like the setup. Compared to other gyms you may have been members of - how does it stack up?

My mate trains there. I went for a workout with him the other day. It's very well equipped but it's also high on the price range. Plus it has mini-saunas and a pool, how cool is that. Nice and spacious too. Much nicer than my gym.

Yea it's pretty pricey. Spacious which I like. There are some great gyms around akld but some of them are just too crampt. I went searching for a gym a few months back, saw some real dives :shock:

One gym in the city (that shall remain nameless) smelt like a dog p*ssed all over the floor and the equipment was naff. The guy behind the counter seemed genuinely shocked that I was expressing interest. He had a look on his face like "Why?" :roll:

But Health & Sports has all the requisite equipment ya need. I've worked out at their newton branch as well. Seems the Kingsland one is more popular.
