Greetings all. There have been a few changes you should know about...

Firstly, a couple of new lines have been added to the forum Registration Agreement Terms - which I know you all committed to memory when you first signed up.

The additions are:

Seriously though, you're all so well-behaved that there's not much for a Mod to do. I can count on one hand the number of posts I've had to edit for "naughtiness" - and even they were on the small end of the naughty scale. You guys still debate the all issues, but you do it politely and without getting personal. I couldn't ask for better bodybuilders... :nod:

Growth's appointment is more a reflection of our recent surge in members. There are now people in here throughout the day, and I can't be around 24x7.

Thanks Guys. Like Pseudoynm said, its more a case of increased member numbers than enything else.

I very much doubt there will have to be any intervention on my part. This board is one of the few i have seen that demonstrate a high level of maturity. Everyone is so well behaved, its great!

Couldn't agree more - this forum is brilliant, best thing since sliced bread Everyone is really supportive and encouraging which is really important especially when you're looking at competing in a BB comp. Congrats Growth on your appointment!
