i just went along for a casual session so was 10$

was a good friendly atmosphere, plenty of fans on this hot day were having which was good but still quite stuffy inside

the gym consists of a lot of machines

most are new-ish hamemr strength ones which are good

however some of there leg machines were outdated, uncomfortable and non-adjustable

there was also a cardio room which i only had a quick look in but seemed to have plenty of equipment..... almost too much for my liking

there free weights were in pounds and kgs but majority in pounds which i found odd not sure what the heaviest weight was but didnt look huge

was 1 flat bench and 1 incline that i saw, a leg press, hack squat machine and 1 squat rack

on the plus side there was plenty of plates/weights

they also do boxing there and have quite a big setup for it but apparently there closing that soon so dunno what there gonna do with the leg press etc hopefully not get rid of it.

overall not a bad gym but seems too be lacking a lot

i give it a 6/10
