In the way of music on my Ipod I listen to what ever I feel like when I am training but most listen to the Minstry of sound Athems from 1991 to 2008 which is a great cd for training to and cardio as well.

Having to unload fcuking 12+ 20kg plates on each side of a leg press makes me wanna kill somebody.
