thanks for the welcome :pfft: , just a quick blurb about me! i too have an interest in bodybuilding (not for competition), but are going for the johhny bravo look! i've been training for nearly 2 years and started at around 65kgs, and are weighing in at around the 93kg mark (off season as they call it), my goal is to get around 120kgs (105kg stripped)! :grin: one of the reasons i've joined is to see what every other bb is doing for supps and training and to throw my 2cents in every now and again! \:D/ look forward to posting up new topics and learning as much as possible, thanks again :lol:

sorry for the delay......... my training is all upper body but will look at legs at further down the track :doh: , monday chest, tuesday back, wednesday shoulders, thursday guns, friday triceps, rest sat and sun 8) , and i try to build up bad areas every couple of days, i've tried a few different things like the rest pause, but have settled with a strength program for 4 - 5 weeks then a mass program for 5 - 6 weeks, which seems to work fine. :wink: my supplements are pretty basic, just the usual protien, creatine, hmb, bcaa, glutamine, and i cycle things like isa test or norateen heavyweight 2. :wink: i think what you eat is extremely important and i don't skimp on quality foods. :pfft:
