just wanting to kick back with the members and have a good laugh and share bodybuilding knowlege and feedback etc...

hope you all enjoyed the sonny show, i thought it was amazing. I take my hat off to all you bodybuilders out there. the hard work you all put in pays off at the end.

As a spectator i sit back and think that maybe this guy might take the show and then what da ya know... the person you think is second in line takes it. so you just never know what the judges are thinking. but hey, big ups to the winner Andrew.

Goodluck to Moe as i'm sure it'll be the biggest show of his life to date. don't know the guy but with all bad comments aside and seriously speaking bodybuilding i say 'goodluck & all the best'.

Nationals sure will be looking good after the cni show. you'll have the likes of Nickawana, Andrew, Grant and many more great prosperous athletes come up for the big show down. So train hard Gents and it'll pay off.

Ladies were great too. thought the open figure lady would take it but i guess not. amazing what you think might be the case when yet the judges think differently

i actually thought that the figure section would be popular but i guess this wasn't the case. but all in all the ladies did well. takes alot of hard work to get up there for sure. i can't say that myself but judging by the gauntness in their face it says it all.
