Hey guys, is there any nutritional difference between different flavours of the drink?

I've stuck to the basic vanilla flavour for almost 2 years now, but I was just wondering today, is there really a nutritional difference between that and say chocolate flavour that should stop me from going to chocolate? :P

A chocolate flavour will generally add a couple of gms of sugar to each serving but not enough to make any real difference. So, change if u want to...

In my experience, the differences are minor, and it may depend how important they are based on your training goals.

Read the nutrition panels on the cans.... At least one brand I've seen lists different panels for each flavour.

But, be sure to compare like with like - ie the same brand, or at least the same serving size. Check the content of carbs, sugar, protein, fat.

In short, the nutrition panel will help....

I just looked on the bottle but it doesn't say the chocolate one, I'll check online and see :)

Yeah Im cutting atm but if its a very minor difference than it doesn't really matter :)

none the chocolate flavoured protein powders ive bought have had much additons to worry about, i think one had 0.5 grams of fat more than other flavoured equivalents. Cookies and cream always seemed to have 10-20 more calories per serving though prob due to the 'real cookie pieces.'
