MOE- Olympia

It will indeed be a great day for NZ body building when Moe takes the stage at Mr Olympia.

I for one can't think of a better representative; not just for the way he looks but also for the way he conducts himself off stage.

Moe will not embarrass NZ nor himself, he is a genuine torch bearer for the cause and should be congratulated.

Best of luck to Moe and good on him for representing NZ at the olympia...

However he is definately not the first kiwi to compete in the Olympia though.

No, he's not the first NZ-born competitor to compete at the Olympia (Sonny and Jon were both born here), but he is the first NZ IFBB-Pro to do so. Jon was representing Aussie as was most likely the case with Sonny (or he might have been representing Samoa).

I am the god of useless information in my house...John was born in Canada.

I was surprised to hear Mark say Sonny was born in NZ and raised in Samoa, didn't know that- it must be useful therefore of no use to me.

This thread should be renamed MOlympia...it has a ring to it.

Yeah sonny was born here, however he only spent 5 or so years in samoa before coming back to NZ for quite a few years and then heading off to Aussie...so he is till considered a kiwi

BACK ON TRACK, I THINK ANYONE WHO MAKES IT INTERNATIONALY, ESPECIALLY TO THE STATES. DESERVES RESPECT FOR THE HARD WORK AND DEDICATION THEY'VE PUT IN.. WHETHER OR NOT THEY REPRESENT THE COUNRTY THEY TRAIN IN TO A HIGH STANDARD. ALTHOUGH ITS 'EXPECTED'

HERES HIS IRON MAN SHOW, WHICH I THINK HE CAME THE 'MOST' CUT IN, SO FAR..

Yes others from NZ that I can think of that have been to the Olympia are Sonny (born in NZ), John Davie (born NZ)

did anyone see Moe on TV ONE news just then? Looking good; showed him training w salah

.....however he even said himself "the first New Zealander to go to the olympia" and be on the Mr O stage

though its nice to see BB in a nice light lately on TV, code/sportscafe etc
