Hey guys,

In my previous post I think a posted way too much, and wasn't clear in asking what I really wanted to know.

Currently train 6 days a week doing a 2 day split 3 times a week, it has worked well so far but towards the end of the week my muscles fatigue and dont perform as well (duh!)

What I want to know is (Im currently CUTTING):

Would a 3 day split done twice a week (so 6 days weight training) get the muscles to grow better/be more conditioned than a good 5 day split (so 5 days weight training, once per wk on each muscle grp)?

a 5 day split is more for the serious bb/pl

I AM an extremely serious bodybuilder! I can assure you!

I never skip gym sessions, keep records of nutrition/diet as well as keep records of my workout routines and I only have a cheat meal once every 2 wks!

lol you got more discipline than me then

well then go for the 5 day split seen as ya know what your doing, you it will be sufficient, you just need to worry about the reps/exercises your doing, cardio and diet but sounds like you have that all sorted ?

I would have thought that a 5 day split would be a better choice than a 6day workout week. when you're cutting how do you find time for cardio?

Cutting and cardio go together :D right? lol..

But yeah I do it fasted in the mornings or even just be4 my workout if I didn't have time that morning :D
