As far as references go it's kinda hard to reference your own brain, however I will try in future to reference reputable sources so that it may give my posts more creedance than just using what has been stored up in my memory banks over the years :wink:

Guys, life is busy. Let me tell you guys who don't have kids....in those first few months unless you have breasts (lactating kind, not gyno type!) you are pretty much useless. Therefore those long bike rides aren't happening unless they are on the wind trainer at home!
