Hi everyone,

Just a newbie to the site. Love it!!!!!!! :clap: :clap:

I currently compete in OL and have competed in PL. Not into BB, but respect all those (BB/PL/OL) who train hard for their sport. Have been in competive OL/PL for 5 years.

Fav OL - Pyross Dimas

Fav PL - Derek Pomana

Fav BB - Arnold

Looking forward to meeting others and learning new stuff too \:D/

PL Nationals in Auckland next year think we might see that 300 Squat \:D/

Injury is getting better. (Background info: I cracked a rib in June due to a stress fracture) Back to full strength soon.

300 squat :shock: Maybe, maybe not. But PL Nats in AKL sounds good.

I'm kinda keen for the PH Open in Dec. But can't be too sure till closer to the time. Gotta budget and stuff.

Fanx P&W. I just enjoy lifting weights no matter the discipline \:D/

But I reckon bodybuilders are gluttons for punishment too..........here's my formula for Bodybuilders punishment:

No carbs + 6 exercises + Heavy ass weight + 4 sets of 15 + supersets + 30mins cardio = punishment :shock: :-s

Makes me crap my pants when I see some big BB's training. Each to their own aye? :grin:
