BCAA - Value for money ?

What's the best brand you guys have used and found most economical ?

Somewhere at some point I remember someone importing some from trueprotein. How did that go ?

I got 400 caps ON BCAA from BB.com for around 55 bucks. Took almost 20 days to get here though. :evil: When I was last on them I found they really boosted my recovery. I have them, glutamine and protein as my favourite supps.

Im using 12, as a muscle saver while i diet. 3 at a time between meals.

Where are you getting that from?

I have Universal 2000mg (4 cap dose). $48 for 120.

Primaforce has a 4gram per scoop powder for about $80. you get 125 scoops in a container. not bad. I may look at that next.

I am using BCAA for the first time and have noticed less muscle soreness the next day. maybe a placebo/mind thing, but you can't go wrong with these supps folks.
