Mocha protein shake

Just a quick tip for those bored with their protein shakes. You can add a teaspoon of instant coffee to chocolate flavour protein shakes to give them a mocha flavour. Works well with vanilla flavour protein as well.

Yeah this is nice. I've been mixing it with a small amount of hot water to make a mocha sauce for my oatcakes, rice...eggs...whatever I can chuck it on. Red 8 just whey plus (chocolate) makes the best choccy sauce
