Mum's beef and leek casserole

Ok you'll need one of those casserole dish things. But anyway this is a bit of time and effort and one Mum taught me how to make I figured I'd better credit her.

500grams+(roughly) blade steak

2tbsp dijon mustard

3 cloves garlic crushed.

1 tsp oil. (or whatever alternative you want to use, it's not much though)

1/2 tsp sugar

1 chopped leek (or 2 small ones)

1-2 tbsp worcester sauce

1 cup liquid beefstock (1 cup of water with 1 tsp of stock).

Chop beef into small cubes, coat in mustard and garlic. Heat oil in flameproof casserole. Brown the meat. Add the Leek, sugar, beefstock and worcester sauce, bring to boil. Then chuck it in the oven for 2 hours at 160C. I usually have it with heaps of broccoli and peas.
