Diuretics (herbal) AGAIN

What are good ingredients to look for in a herbal diuretic? Its all starting to do my head in and hasn't been helped by the 2 products I was going to buy being costly and out of stock.

Also FLEX you seem to know your s#$t, what do you think of these?

Pre-Comp to get rid of the water.

Dandelion Root

They're the main culprits in a herbal diuretic. I usually take a lot of caffeine tablets too the day before a comp (usually a 50mg tab every 2 hours).
