I use to live in the UK & Bought Herbalean from CAN

Hi, I moved back to NZ not long ago and used to live in the UK for several years. I used to buy Herbalean which was a the Xenadrine RF-1 formula from canada online and had no probs with UK customs.

I am aware that in the UK that it Ephadrine is illegal to sell, but it was ok to import small quantities for personal use diet/asthma/etc.

Banned in UK because of athletes would use it irresponsibly and have heart attacks, drop dead in there tracks. Like that Marathon runner & Baseball player a while ago.

I used it responsibly with diet & exercise and worked a treat!

Now, that Im back in NZ, never heard of "P" till later on and find out that Epahadrine is banned for this reason.

So, what are the restrictions of buying overseas online?, is it the same as the UK, that it is for personal use only and limited?

Because, I did my usual order the first week I got back (before I knew the illegal issues) and to send to my NZ address. Came in 3 weeks, no prob!.

Tried a couple of months later (with in mind, thinking its prob the same as UK) and received nothing after 3 weeks.... I waited it out for anothr 2 weeks in regards that the delivery may still be in transit. nothing.

The store refunded my order though, but this is where it stumped me and reason for my questions.

But I would thought, you woud get some notice that the item is being dissposed or something from NZ customs?, never found out what happen, so I haven't made any orders since.

Anyone would like to shed some light on this, be great

Ephedrine is a Class C controlled drug in NZ and cannot be imported for personal use. It's not the wisest thing to try and import into NZ. Your latest shipment most likely got intercepted and either destroyed or returned to the sender. I would imagine they will send you a letter regarding it.

after that last order, I figured that was the case in the end, but wasn't sure.

yr letter from the ministry of health would have either got lost or it didnt make it to customs i.e lost in post or sumthing.

u must have got a track and trace number when u bought it...? so wat does that say?

I was in the same position as you when I came here from the UK. I used to order ephedrine based products from Canada. I still order them now and have had no problems with recieving my orders. It may be because they strip the labels off the bottles first

yeah thers plenty of shit gettign thru, its no miracle if it gets thru.... just luck of the draw
